Winter Sports in La Forclaz

a Forclaz and La Sage are small hamlets above Les Haudères in the beautiful but isolated Val d'Herens. They share a modest ski area and are a stepping off point for ski touring. La Forclaz is served by a bus from Les Haudères which links up with the regular post bus to and from Sion. There is free parking near the lifts.

There is also a hamlet called La Forclaz in canton Vaud which has a single ski lift and a couple of short runs.
