Winter Sports in Amden
O
n a south-facing terrace above Weesen on the Walensee, Amden and neighbouring Arvenbüel are family-friendly resorts with varied pistes, winter walking trails, snow-shoe tours, a floodlit natural ice rink and toboggan runs. There are a couple of chair lifts, although it is impossible to escape surface lifts to explore the slopes.
Best of the Slopes
From the top of the Bärenfall drag lift there is a good run down to Amden.
